About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at 7035 Anord Mardix (UK) Limited. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the effective management of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs across our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate and report on EHS incidents and near-misses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing EHS regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a field such as Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
