Refrigeration Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance on refrigeration systems of various sizes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake maintenance and reactive works on a variety of refrigeration systems, including water & air cooled chillers, split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and catering refrigeration systems.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, maintaining a safe working environment for all stakeholders in accordance with the SLA and KPIs, site policies, Health and Safety rules and regulations.
  • Identify and arrange for the purchase of materials required to undertake remedial work or maintenance tasks, as well as maintaining and updating F gas records.
Requirements:
  • C&G NVQ Level 2 + C&G experience in a facilities maintenance environment or similar.
  • Annual retention bonus of £2,000 (pro-rata for part-time employees), subject to obtaining and maintaining clearance requirements.
  • 33 days holiday per year, including Bank Holidays.
