The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills, combined with experience in building and construction. They will be able to understand the cost base and risks associated with a project, and provide a practical solution to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the bid process from receipt of the enquiry to the submission of quotations.
- Provide support to the projects team in preparing required site process and documentation.
- Compile quotations in line with the company's upmarket image.
- Understand and familiarise oneself with contract terms and conditions to ensure risks are identified and qualified where appropriate.
- Support business development managers in pre-post tender client meetings.
- Cost-effective evaluations of projects on receipt of enquiry.
