Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Avionic Delivery Expert to join our Initial Airworthiness Delivery Team. As an expert in aerospace avionic mechanical systems design, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering engineering activities using systems integration and systems engineering techniques.
You will sustain the initial integrity of air products through production challenge and review of design, certification and assurance evidence, ensuring compliance with market legislation and regulatory obligations.
In this role, you will also develop and improve existing processes and operations to ensure continuous delivery and efficiency.
You will validate and challenge initial evidence through professional judgement and constructive feedback, performing audit and assurance activities, including involvement in design and phase review assessments.
Additionally, you will recover the integrity of air products through investigation, root cause analysis, technical instruction and advising on potential design change.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Aerospace avionic mechanical systems design experience
- Design configuration control processes
- Design certification (qualification and safety) and airworthiness processes
- Knowledge and experience of the Engineering lifecycle
- Analytical methods to support establishing integrated aircraft level flight limitations
