Production Improvement Manager

As a Production Engineer at Hays Engineering, you will be responsible for improving product efficiency, process flow, and reducing production downtime. You will work collaboratively with all operational teams, striving to achieve the highest quality of product, in the safest and most efficient way of manufacturing, whilst implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
What You'll Need to Succeed
You will possess a degree/HNC in an engineering related subject, coupled with solid experience in a fast-paced production environment and a good track record of introducing cost-saving initiatives. This will include a salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience, as well as good company benefits including pension, holidays, and bonus.
