Product Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Product Assurance Plans across the supply chain to guarantee the highest quality standards.
- Support quality assurance for parts, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Participate in design, customer, and supplier reviews to ensure quality and safety.
- Manage non-conformance, critical item, and change control processes to minimize risks.
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Perform quality assurance during Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test (MAIT) activities to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality excellence.
- Serve as the primary contact for quality-related activities with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Product or Quality Assurance in a regulated spaceflight environment.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Familiarity with RAMS, Radiation, EEE Parts, and space hardware.
- Competitive salary.
