The ideal candidate will possess excellent project cost management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the procurement process, including tendering and contract administration, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Handle various contract forms, such as JCT D&B and NEC, to guarantee compliance and minimize risks.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance project value through effective cost management.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including payments and disputes, to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
