We are seeking a skilled Kurdish interpreter to work with our clients in various settings, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, and Probation services. As a freelance interpreter, you will have the flexibility to choose your assignments and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting for individuals using legal, health, and local government services
  • Ensuring the non-English speaker's understanding after each sentence
  • Conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
  • Dealing with highly confidential information
  • Liaising between the service user and service provider

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Kurdish
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Formal qualifications in interpreting or translation
