About the Role

We are looking for a Specialist Clinician Lead to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Kestrel House School. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, you will work collaboratively with the Locality Clinical Lead and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our students.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or psychology, with experience of working with individuals with neurodiverse conditions and SEMH needs. You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Clinical Team, developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of staff training and consultation programs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
