We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Specialty Doctor to join our team at Triple West Medical. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and neonates in our Paediatric department.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to an eight-person resident on-call rota, ensuring seamless coverage of acute inpatient care for children and neonates.
- Cover all aspects of acute inpatient care, including attending deliveries of sick term and preterm infants and seeing unwell patients in the Emergency Department and resus when required.
- Manage the paediatric ward, assessment unit, and level 1 neonatal unit with a junior doctor on a rotational basis, ensuring efficient and effective care.
- Provide support to the maternity unit, attending delivery suite and providing expertise in neonatal resuscitation and stabilisation.
- Support Clinical Governance and Audit duties, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
