Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Motherwell, Scotland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care plans, promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of resident care.
Key duties include:
- Managing resident care plans and communicating outcomes to the clinical team
- Deputising in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy to manage staffing and clinical needs
- Supporting and supervising care staff or new recruits
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous older peoples care experience
- Caring and compassionate nature with an excellent clinical track record
- Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
