">Key Responsibilities:
">- Working towards Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship with our expert training team.
- Providing technical support via phone, email, or remote access.
- Configuring and troubleshooting office 365 and network equipment.
- Assisting with password resets, anti-virus configuration, and device installation.
Requirements:
">- Must have the right to work in the UK and valid residency status.
- Good problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage time effectively.
What We Offer:
">- A competitive salary of £13,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
