Software Development Team Lead

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join their team in Bracknell. As a key member of the company's software engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge technology, including AI and propensity modeling.
This is a leadership role that requires strong technical skills, as well as the ability to design architecture and write code when needed. The successful candidate will have a degree in a STEM subject from a Russell Group or Red Brick University and experience leading software development teams.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of either C# or React, as well as strong experience with SQL, source control (ideally Git), and Agile methodologies. Experience with the latest versions of.NET, AI, Machine Learning, JavaScript, TypeScript, and associated frameworks, containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Requirements:
