Area Sales Representative Opportunity

A well-established industry leader within the construction hire industry is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Representative to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
  • Visit existing client sites and follow up on new enquiries to identify business opportunities.
  • Arrange presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Successfully manage your territory to optimize all business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Actively promote and support all products within the division to ensure maximum sales potential.
  • Maintain and develop existing accounts, as well as hunt new business to drive growth strategically.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, Field Sales Person, Area Sales Manager, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the construction hire industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

  • Basic Salary of up to £45k + healthy commission.
