The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care services, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. As a Healthcare Assistant Professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the dignity and well-being of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents, identifying their individual needs and preferences.
  2. Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals.
  3. Deliver high-quality care services, including medication management and wound care.
  4. Maintain accurate records of resident care, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements:
  • A QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent is required.
  • Current registration with NISCC or willingness to register within 6 months.
  • At least 6 months' experience in a caring/support role with vulnerable adults.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including completion of QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care.
