The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineer/Technician to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including Chillers, Heat Pumps, Air Handling, and Refrigeration units.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out all repair and maintenance work to a high standard of accuracy, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  2. Follow health and safety policies and procedures at customer sites, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others.
  3. Essential – A proven track record of installing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining Chillers (Turbocor knowledge advantageous) & Heat Pumps within Commercial, Industrial, and highly sensitive environments.
  4. Hold a full UK driving license and be computer literate.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on Chillers and Air Conditioning equipment.
  2. Strong technical skills, including electrical knowledge and ability to work with various systems.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
