At The Oyster Partnership, we are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to play a pivotal role in our thriving Property Investor team. This hybrid position offers a unique blend of project management and ongoing deal management, with opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, proven experience in stakeholder and project management, and a self-starter attitude with a desire to learn. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential property development lending, familiarity with related legal matters and due diligence, and a strong sense of ownership and task completion.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Manage Deals: From Investment Committee approval to completion.
  2. Supplier Management: Oversee valuers, monitoring surveyors, and solicitors.
  3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Portfolio Reporting and Finance Teams.
  4. Facility Amendments: Manage amendments and extensions.
