We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Manager to join our team in Glasgow, Scotland. As a key member of our land development function, you will be responsible for leading the identification and acquisition of land required for our renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in land assembly and negotiation. You will be able to work autonomously, managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and acquisition of land required for our renewable energy projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Strong understanding of land assembly and negotiation principles

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with contract preparation and tender processes

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
