CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a PE-backed services company to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. This role involves leading the monthly management accounts preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.

The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports to private equity shareholders, overseeing the preparation and consolidation of statutory accounts across five legal entities, and coordinating the annual audit process.

The ideal candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications, strong technical accounting knowledge, and experience in preparing statutory accounts and management reports. They will also have proven ability to lead and develop a team, provide technical guidance and support, and communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
