Senior Technology Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Technology Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. You will develop a technology strategy and ensure technology solutions comply with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes.
  • Develop a technology strategy and ensure technology solutions comply with applicable standards.
  • Promote design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocate for modern, Agile solution delivery practices.
  • Coach, mentor, provide feedback, and support career development.
  • Identify emerging talent and foster leadership skills.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of overall experience.
  • Drives adoption and continually improves processes in the solution delivery process.
  • Facilitates program/portfolio level planning ceremonies and manages risk/dependencies/impediments.
  • Contributed to the development of applications based on a design provided by others.
  • Ability to track program and multiple value stream variances.
  • Identifies risk/dependencies and quantifies their impact.
  • Sets agendas and defines artifacts for governance forums.
  • Ability to support continuous integration and deployment activities.
  • Possesses an understanding of architecture and bank standards.
  • Knowledge of data management practices and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge & hands-on experience in all aspects of SDLC.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in financial services.
  • Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

1st shift (United States of America)
