Job Title: Head of Outdoor Education

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Outdoor Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the College's outdoor education program, including the Duke of Edinburgh scheme, outdoor activities, and trips, while also supporting the games program in coordination with the Director of Sport.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor education, with experience of working with secondary aged children. They will also have a good understanding of the DofE administration in schools and be able to develop and grow an outdoor education program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the College's outdoor education program
- Support the games program in coordination with the Director of Sport
- Develop and grow an outdoor education program
- Work with secondary aged children
- Have experience of DofE in education
