About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual content strategies that drive engagement and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our brand manager to develop and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our content manager to create engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, and company websites.
  • Innovation: Pitch new ideas for using graphic design to enhance our marketing efforts and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Video Production: Lead the production of video content, including directing shoots and managing post-production editing for use across social media and company websites.
  • Design Work: Design and produce a variety of digital and printed materials, such as infographics, leaflets, emails, and web designs.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree or higher qualification in graphic design or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in both graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar software), and a good understanding of video studio setup, including lighting and audio recording.
  • Understanding: A solid grasp of how graphic design supports branding and business objectives, with experience in creating both digital and print collateral.
  • Attributes: A strong desire to learn and adapt, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
