Job Description:

Flourish Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the curriculum, excellent behaviour and classroom management skills, and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full class teaching responsibilities, including preparing tasks, planning and marking.
  • Delivering lessons in an engaging and creative way to students in Year 4.
  • Monitoring students' progress and raising attainment.
  • Creating a positive learning environment and effectively working alongside teaching assistants.

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience in Key Stage 2
  • Commitment to the role
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills

  • Competitive day rate of £153.85 to £211.96, equating to £30,000 to £41,333 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
