Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our music and performing arts provision in the Prep School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the vision for music and performing arts at St Swithun's, promoting a love of music, drama, and dance for all, and offering a platform for those with particular interest and ability to thrive in these areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach class music and run choirs and ensembles
  • Lead and coordinate performing arts performances throughout the year
  • Manage a visiting team of peripatetic teachers who provide specialist tuition
  • Encourage an awareness and enjoyment of a wide range of artistic forms, traditions, cultures, and styles
