We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to drive our mission to maintain health and safety standards at our office workplace and customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety programs and initiatives to ensure a proactive safety culture
- Analyze data to identify safety issues and provide recommendations to improve our EHS performance
- Conduct regular safety checks and inspections to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Advise on occupational health and provide guidance on EHS best practices
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Support risk assessment and ensure that EHS plans are reviewed and approved
- Maintain the EHS Aspect table and drive continuous improvement
- Manage the EHS training program to ensure that all employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills
- Participate in EHS audits to ensure that our EHS management system is effective and efficient
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- NEBOSH diploma preferred
- Fire Safety training/certification
- Knowledge of ISO14001 and 45001
- Root Cause Analysis training
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with relevant legislation
