Job Summary

The Operational Claims Analyst Lead will be responsible for providing key support to the Claims Operations team, encompassing internal and external audits. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Claims Operations matters, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor processes, procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and embed appropriate controls throughout the organization.
  • Validate and post Syndicate Claims data daily.
  • Furnish regular and monthly reporting to stakeholders.
  • Compile the quarterly board pack for review by senior management.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with claims systems and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Lloyd's market systems (ECF, IMR, CRS).
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
