Support Team Member

We are currently seeking a temporary Christmas Support Team Member to join our sales floor team at Next. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the sales floors to a high standard.
As a Christmas Support Team Member, you will be responsible for working on a variety of shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays. You will need to be flexible and able to work well under pressure, as this is a busy time of year for us.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of £11-12 per hour, plus the opportunity to develop new skills and take control of your own development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain the sales floors to a high standard
- Work effectively with colleagues and managers to achieve performance targets
- Support the delivery of stock to the sales floor
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role
