Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Management: Oversee the technical aspects of dry ship operations, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Performance: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of dry ships, including crew management, vessel performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the health, safety, and environmental well-being of crew members, passengers, and the environment.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for dry ship operations, including maintenance, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Human Capital Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of crew members.
Requirements
