**Company Overview:** Our client has experienced significant growth and is now looking for a senior cost manager to work on one of their new projects in the area. They have a strong reputation for delivering exceptional quality and luxury services to their clients, who prioritize these values above all else.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Cost Planning: Develop comprehensive cost plans for high-end residential and hotel projects.
  • Tendering / Bill of Quantities production: Prepare accurate and detailed tender documents, including Bills of Quantities.
  • Preparation of Contract Documents: Draft and review contract documents, ensuring they meet the needs of both parties.
  • Valuations/Reviewing Variations: Conduct thorough valuations and reviews of variations, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  • The preparation of Financial Reports to the Client: Provide regular financial reports to clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Contract administration: Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Conducting and contributing to Client Meetings: Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing expert advice and guidance.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent certification.
  • RICS Chartered Surveyor or close to being chartered.
  • A Senior level of relevant experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Benefits:**
