We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Professional to join our team at Roman Health Pharmacy LLC. As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring their questions get resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via online chat, email, and phone to provide assistance and resolve issues
  • Answer questions about Planday's features and functionality by providing best practices for scheduling and administration
  • Test and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating them to the engineering team as needed
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our product/engineering teams to find solutions that meet their needs

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, develop your skills in customer service, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be proactive and able to think outside the box, and have a passion for helping others. Experience working with IT systems is a plus, but not required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, pension, and generous vacation time.
