Tesco is revolutionizing the way it reaches its colleagues, and we're looking for a Senior Creative Campaign Manager to join our Internal Communications team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in inspiring our colleagues about Tesco's purpose and values.



  2. Develop insight-driven campaigns that influence colleague advocacy for Tesco as a place to work and shop.
  3. Work closely with Content & Delivery Managers to ensure campaign messaging is effective and relevant for our target audience.
  4. Liaise with business stakeholders and build relationships to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You'll Be Responsible For




  • Creating year-long plans for campaigns and content targeting specific colleague audiences, supporting business priorities rooted in Tesco's purpose.
  • Managing creative teams, working to a budget, and evaluating proposals against your creative brief.
  • Managing the Online community, publishing digital content, reviewing, and responding to user-generated content and comments against your campaigns.



  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to bring your ideas to life and ensure seamless execution.
  3. Develop communications expertise to create successful internal digital campaigns that meet measurable targets.
  4. Use insights to maximize the impact of your campaigns and achieve the best possible outcomes.
