Account Director

The Account Director will play a pivotal role in the company, actively sourcing new business and engaging directly with dealerships across designated regions. The primary objective is to onboard new dealerships and facilitate vehicle finance to achieve monthly gross profit targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with dealers to assess performance, gather feedback, and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Monitor and report on account performance and progress.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand business connections.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales objectives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to automotive dealerships.

Our client works with both franchised and independent dealers across the UK, offering a wide range of finance products for private and business users. They cater to individuals and businesses looking to purchase cars and vans, accommodating various levels of creditworthiness.
Package:
£45k-£60k basic salary plus £6k per annum car allowance
Uncapped commission
21 days holiday plus bank holiday
