Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Education Support Professional to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of young learners in a nurturing and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, empathetic and patient, organized and proactive, and a strong communicator. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

We require the successful applicant to have a relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) and a willingness to undergo a DBS check or equivalent background screening. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards education are essential.

About the Role:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to enhance their understanding.
  • Prepare classroom materials and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Support students with additional needs, as required.
  • Participate in school events and activities, as needed.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
