About the Role

Atlas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leisure Cleaner at David Lloyd Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care in our gyms.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are enthusiastic, take pride in your work, and have great attention to detail, you will fit in perfectly with our award-winning team.

We require all of our employees to have a basic level of spoken English, good social skills, and the ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role on our sites. If you are local to the area, have a passion for the health and fitness industry, and are excited about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
  • Cleaning all gym areas, including changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas, stairs, landings, corridors, receptions, and all furniture and fittings.
  • Handling site-based equipment and cleaning materials.
  • Replenishing consumables, such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
  • Emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times.

About You:

We are looking for a person who is compassionate towards people, quick on the draw when it comes to hygienic safety in busy environments. Ideally, someone who is based in the area, enjoys blending into an active community, and is interested in the health and fitness industry.

Atlas FM has a long-term partnership with David Lloyd Leisure, and together we make sure the gyms are clean and safe for members 7 days a week.
