Pabulum Catering is seeking a highly skilled Senior Chef Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food experiences to children at The Godolphin Junior Academy.

As a Senior Chef Manager, you will be responsible for managing the main aspects of the kitchens, including Health & Safety and Training & Development, and maintaining the Unit Bookwork. You will also be responsible for receiving and managing food deliveries and storage.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and great customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team. You will also need to be financially astute and have a craft background with relevant qualifications and experience.

The role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus a tax-free Chef Bonus of £1,000 per year. You will also receive excellent work/life balance due to the term-time only contract, holiday pay, NEST pension scheme, and comprehensive Employee Assist Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing delicious food
