About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Food Services Assistant to join our team at Alveston Leys Care Home in Stratford Upon Avon. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality food presentation and service to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times
  • Serve refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives, and visitors as required
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain high standards in and around the home

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to help others
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on our residents' lives
