We are recruiting for a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited. As a key member of our Therapeutic Services Team, you will provide vital support to individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties.

About Our Organisation:

We are a leading provider of Social Care services committed to delivering high-quality care and support to children and young adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualised care plans to address communication and swallowing needs.
  • Deliver training to staff to enhance their understanding of communication and swallowing challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Therapeutic Team to achieve positive outcomes.

Your Background:

  • Registered Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication and swallowing practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or physical disabilities is an asset.

Compensation: A salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.
