Job Description

Functional Consultant Role:

You will be responsible for implementing Unit4 ERPx/CR at new customers and providing ad-hoc consultancy services for existing clients. Your primary objectives include configuring and customizing the ERP system to meet customer needs, delivering effective training to users, and ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and customize Unit4 ERPx/CR to achieve customer business requirements.
  2. Provide comprehensive training to users, tailoring the solution to their workflow.
  3. Maintain accurate documentation and develop guidelines for future modifications.
  4. Collaborate with product managers to gather feedback from clients on product requirements and innovation ideas.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a consultant implementing business software solutions or within finance-related roles.
  • Profound understanding of general and financial business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively with people.
  • Strong business analysis skills and business acumen.
