SCCM Specialist Job Description

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking a highly skilled SCCM Specialist to join our team. As an SCCM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise software distribution solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SCCM solutions for software distribution, including App-V and VDI Gold.
  • Manage and maintain WSUS infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including high-level designs, low-level designs, installation guides, and operation guides.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of SCCM solutions with other IT systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Design, with a focus on enterprise software distribution solutions.
  • Expert-level diagnostic and logical fault-finding skills.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP, AD, GPOs, SSL, IIS, and WDS.
  • Experience with virtual infrastructure, including templates, clones, and virtual disks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
