Your Role

As a Support Worker at Rehability UK, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with individuals to understand their needs and provide exceptional care that truly makes a difference in their lives. Your role will involve:


• Assisting individuals in engaging in meaningful opportunities and activities that promote a fulfilling life.


• Participating in community support, such as social activities or shopping trips, to foster independence and social connections.


• Communicating effectively with individuals, considering their unique communication needs, to ensure they can express themselves confidently.


• Providing assistance with personal care and hygiene, medication administration (if required), and support with meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and planning daily activities.


• Accompanying individuals to medical appointments and supporting them with social activities.

We offer flexible shifts for this role, requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals who have complex needs
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Effective communication skills

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
