As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical success of one or several clinics, ensuring medical excellence and meeting financial performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Full operational and clinical management of the clinic(s), maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
  2. Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits.
  3. Instigating continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels.
  4. Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control.
