As an Advanced Social Worker, you will play a key role in driving best practice and supporting our teams to deliver the best outcomes for our service users.

About the Team

Our team is passionate about developing people and committed to achieving excellence in practice, based on what matters to people. We have a diverse demographic and work with adults of working age with physical and/or learning disabilities, older persons with physical disabilities and/or mental health, including dementia, and carers.

We are based in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with our health colleagues in Community Nursing and Intermediate Care. Our team is committed to ensuring a person-centred culture, putting people at the forefront of what we do.

About the Job

The Advanced Social Worker role will work closely alongside the team managers in each locality, with a focus on Devon's priorities for driving improvement and best practice.

You will have the opportunity to work with a highly competent team who manage challenge on a daily basis and exhibit strengths-based practice every day. We are committed to working collaboratively with our co-located integrated community services team.
