Job Description: Nursery Senior Leader - Swanscombe

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a senior leader to join our team at MP Training and Recruitment. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional care and education in our Bright Horizons Swanscombe Day Nursery and Preschool. The successful candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working within an Early Years setting, and a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. They will also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £32,000-£40,000, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including discounted childcare and access to a development programme.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and carers
