Our client, a reputable main dealership, is seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to lead their service department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving the performance of the service department staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, CSI scores, and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive service department performance, focusing on staff development, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the service team to achieve long-term staff delight and potential progression.
- Manage and control departmental costs, ensuring alignment with company targets and budgets.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and develop targeted marketing activities to address these areas.
- Review and track Service KPIs on a regular basis to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record in their current position.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, with a strong ambassadorial role for the Brand and Dealergroup.
- Demonstrated stable career progression and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
