Job Title: KS1 Class Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KS1 Class Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of Key Stage 1 students
  • Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
  • Participate in school events and meetings as required
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 setting
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in Special Education or Early Years Education
  • Experience using technology in the classroom
  • Participation in ongoing professional development and training
