Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team at Kier Group, a leading construction company. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures to prevent accidents.
• Manage and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and that necessary repairs are carried out promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement plans to improve site efficiency and productivity.

• Trade Joinery background, with a Gold Card preferred.
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance, with a Basic Clearance.
