We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team based in Brighton. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding service to appointing owners, assisting in growing the cross-sector party wall side of the business, and carrying out schedules of condition.

You will have a detailed understanding of construction as it relates to the Act and notifiable works, and be committed to growth and prepared to go the extra mile to do a great job.

This is a great opportunity to join an evolving practice that is looking to invest in its people and committed to driving the organisation forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing an outstanding service to appointing owners.
  • Assisting in growing the cross-sector party wall side of the business.
  • Carrying out schedules of condition.
  • Reviewing proposed works and serving of appropriate notices.
  • Raising the profile of the business.
  • Bringing on new clients and expanding into new territories.
  • Cultivating strong business relationships with counterpart surveyors.

Requirements:

  • Membership to the RICS, CIOB, IStructE or FPWS.
  • Experience in the roles of Buildings owner Surveyor or Adjoining owners Surveyor role.
  • Appropriate construction related qualification.
