Job Description

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Quilter's Investment Operations team as a Senior Investment Operations Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our investment operations, including regulatory reporting, trade lifecycle management, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of regulatory reporting, including MIFIR, EMIR, and SFTR, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project manage new requirements and changes to regulatory reporting, including the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of delegated reporting for internally managed portfolios and additional oversight of sub-advised Funds and monthly attestation processes.
  • Coordinate amendments to Delegated Reporting Agreements/ISDAs/CSAs with QI Legal and external counterparties.
  • Lead the buildout of a QI EMIR & MIFIR manual/handbook.
  • Build knowledge within the team on all aspects of regulatory reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, including derivative instruments and collateral management.
  • Proven operational experience in financial services with sound knowledge of a wide range of investment products.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel capability to consume large volumes of data and create clear, concise reporting for management information.
