About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to build rapport with customers and drive sales results.

Salary & Benefits

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to over $110,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a base salary, fast start bonus, full benefits, car allowance, cell phone allowance, uncapped commission, bonus incentives, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, stock options, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth and promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
  • Building a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including generating referrals, prospecting, direct marketing, and more
  • Leveraging proprietary referral app and incentives to help jump-start your business
  • Attending company-provided appointments
  • Helping homeowners execute documents and provide necessary information to maximize their savings by going solar
  • Maintaining ongoing partnerships with valued customers, offering support throughout the entire installation and activation process
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive energy, professional, high enthusiasm, and big-picture attitude
  • Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
  • A 'no fear' attitude towards cold calling, networking, and lead-generating
  • Flexibility to work Saturday, evening, and holidays as needed

In addition, we prefer candidates with prior sales experience or college/military experience, proficiency in computer programs (Salesforce CRM), bilingualism in Spanish and English, and strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
