Digital Marketing Specialist

The Paid Social Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns at ThePlaceToBe. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media strategies that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Manage and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum ROI
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand's tone of voice
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media marketing
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paid Social Manager who has a proven track record of delivering successful paid social media campaigns. You will have a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in paid social media marketing and be able to develop and execute strategies that drive results.
You will be a team player who is able to collaborate with our team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand's tone of voice. You will also be able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media marketing and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

- Experience working with paid social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with our team and stakeholders
- A strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in paid social media marketing
Working Arrangements
We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. We also offer onsite parking and a competitive salary and benefits package.
